As of January 1, 2010, we have expanded our commercial appraisal services to include the entire state of Massachusetts.  For years, we have conducted business in the Boston, Framingham, and Worcester markets on a case-by-case basis and are now accepting appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the state for all clients.

The decision was wade as a complete overhaul of our business model was implemented in January.   The result was a giant leap in efficiency and speed not attainable to this point.  New technologies and B2B services have allowed us to adapt in a way that allows us to provide a better service to our clients. 

This was incredibly exciting, as we know of no other appraisal companies who have developed in-house software that increases accuracy, speed, and management of both clients and projects!  Additionally, we were able to adapt prctices and resources not traditionally utilized by appraisal companies.

As a result, we are able to reduce our turn time to less than 2 weeks, while provideing the best service possible state wide.
